Oak + Elixir's story began as a father introduced the world of restaurant culture to his family. Tim Rammel had a love for people, food and fun. He lived his life in community with family and friends. Years after his passing we have been given the opportunity to continue his legacy by creating the perfect space for your memorable occasion.
As Carlsbad locals, we are excited to create a relaxing ambiance where wine lovers of all levels are welcome to enjoy great wine. We are proud to offer wine from small production, family estate wineries.
